About Me
Hello,
my name is Donavan and I have been loving and playing the game of football for
12 years and would like to continue the hard work and dedication I have for
this game. Even when I started off young, I knew that this was something I wanted
to do in the future. From winning championships in youth ball or setting a school record in track to suffering from
a hamstring injury my sophomore year in high school; the love for this game has
never veered. Having the ups and downs in the years of playing really made me
the man I am today. I know what its like being on the top with having an
amazing youth career. But I also know what it’s like to hit the bottom like the
time I was out for virtually my whole sophomore season due to a hamstring
injury. As well as when the next year came being held back on JV for lack of
play in the previous season. But in my senor year things picked up. I became a 2-way
starter mid-way through the season. I was voted by my coaches and fellow
players as an “Alpha Dog” meaning that I showed leadership and determination to
push myself and my teammates. I wish to continue this journey football has led
me down, and I look forward to improving myself on and off the field.
