About Me

About Me

My name is Jayden Beasley. I am a 6’4”, 180 pound wide receiver in the Class of 2026 at Woodcreek High School in Roseville, California.
Early in my high school career, I was heavily focused on football and my development as a wide receiver. I loved competing and putting in the work, but it took me time to fully understand how important academics are to playing college football. By the end of my junior year, I recognized that early enough to make a real change. Since then, I have taken the same approach to school that I take to football: accountability, consistency, and daily improvement. My goal is to raise my GPA at or above a 3.0 and continue building strong academic habits as I prepare for college.
I played my first three high school seasons at Oakmont High School after coming up through their junior program. During my time there, I was developed by an outstanding coaching staff led by Coach Jake Messina. I led the PVL in receiving yards, touchdowns, and yards after the catch during both my sophomore and junior seasons. I earned Gold Country Media Player of the Year, Sacramento Bee Player of the Week twice, Oakmont Offensive Player of the Year, and Team MVP. Oakmont helped shape my foundation as a player and competitor.
Before my senior season, I made the difficult decision to transfer to Woodcreek High School to challenge myself in a new environment. Stepping into a program with championship expectations meant starting over. I joined a team that was already built to win, and I understood my role was to earn everything. I put my head down, embraced every scout team rep, and took advantage of every opportunity to show my value. That experience taught me humility, patience, and what it truly takes to compete at a high level.
Under Coach Kyle Stowers and the Woodcreek staff, I was exposed to a different approach to the game. While different from what I had experienced before, it was revolutionary for my development. Coach Stowers pushed me to see the game at a higher level, to understand details, preparation, and accountability in a new way. I cannot thank him enough for how much he helped me grow during my senior season.
I earned my role and contributed during a playoff run that ended with a Division III Section Championship and a NorCal Final appearance against the eventual state champion. Competing in that environment showed me what the next level demands, both physically and mentally.
I take pride in being coachable, learning fast, and doing whatever the team needs to win. I am committed to continuing to improve my route running, strength, speed, and overall understanding of the game.
I want to play college football because I am driven to keep improving, to test myself, and to earn my place in a program that values development, discipline, and consistency. I am looking for a college that feels like family, where I will be coached hard, held accountable, and pushed to reach my full potential on and off the field.
I want to earn my way, help the team win, and represent the program the right way
