I have . I have played soccer my whole life and well as basketball but my love for soccer is unmatched. At the start of my high school soccer career we started at rock bottom in soccer. At first I was frustrated with our team not winning but we were a young team. With constant improvement we were able to make it to the state play-in game. The most fun yet most exhausting game I had ever played. Out of the gates Teton Highschool got an early 2-0 lead. We ended up coming back as my teammate scored at the end of the first half and I scored twice in the second. With less than 5 minutes Teton scored a header and the score was tied 3-3 which was the score at the end of regulation. The extra time on the game consisted of relentlessness from both sides as the game was more on the physical side which was good for me and my team, unfortunately we were not able to score and we had to go to penalty kicks. I was last on the 5 man list to shoot PKs, I watched as both teams were neck and neck it was 4-5 and it was my turn to shoot. It decided whether we lost or went into sudden death. I've never felt so much pressure but was glad I was shooting it at the same time. I put it hard on the ground to the corner and with a sigh of relief looked back at my team going crazy. Sadly, we lost in sudden death. I would love to play college soccer with the same chip on my shoulder as I always have had.
