when I was 11 years old I went to the Clinton jets club for soccer. But my dad was in touch with a specific coach and turns out they got mixed up with the softball coach and soccer coach. We finally found the coach and I was going to leave then my dad asked me if I wanted to try softball. I said yeah because my mom has softball in her blood. I turned out to be a natural I was catching the ball pretty well then I was throwing. I’m heavy handed and have a lot of strength so it worked out well. My first game I hit the ball and it went to the grass   Since then I loved the sport and I’ve improved on my game ever since. My grades also went up because sports are my motivation to be able to play the next year. I’m aware hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard  And im not relying on my natural talent to take me far in this game. It’s a dedication for me.
