I am a student athlete. My passion is football. I have been playing football since I was 7 years old. I take the game very seriously, as I do my academics. My successes include being student body president at Harley Harmon Elementary School my fifth grade year. I led the anti-bullying campaign, and have made sure to keep in contact with my teachers to ensure the cause is still moving in the right direction. In middle school I was part of the Highways To Success program, and have worked in the cafeteria. My goal was to promote healthier meal options. That has been an uphill battle. I am set to be part of the 9th grade student council at Green Valley High School. When I am not training or playing football, I try to help the elderly residents in my community by doing yard work for them, or assisting in projects they may need help with. I believe it is important to give back to the community, and respecting and helping our elders feels like a great way to do that, as they know things we have yet to learn. Their hard work opened doors that I will someday walk through. On the football field I am committed to excellence. I refuse to give less than 110 percent all of the time. I have worked several positions on both the offensive and defensive lines, including; Full Back, Tight End, Center, Right Guard, Left Guard, Right Tackle, Left Tackle, and occasionally QB. On the defensive side of things my positions have included; Nose Guard, Defensive End, Defensive Tackle, Middle Linebacker, Outside Linebacker and Safety. My coaches have referred to me as dependable, consistent, and a pleasure to have on the field. I always get the job done. I spent two seasons with FBU Team Vegas, both 7th and 8th grade divisions, and was recently named Fall season Offensive Lineman of the Year through Nation Youth Sports Nevada. I look forward to start practicing with my high school for the upcoming Fall season, and my dream is to play at the collegiate level. I believe I can achieve this goal by working hard everyday, staying disciplined, listening to my coaches suggestions and playing them out on the field. I am beyond thankful to God, my family, and my coaches for the opportunities I've had thus far, and for all the support and training they have provided me with. I will continue to dream big, work hard, remain humble, and ultimately turn my dreams into reality.
