My name is Abby Thomas. I officially started playing soccer when I was 9 years old because I grew up always scrimmaging with my twin brother in the yard and I knew from that time just how much I truly loved the game. To this day, I still have a burning passion for soccer and playing as a competitive goalkeeper and I am willing to work hard to take it to the collegiate level. My hard work and passion for the game translates on and off the field. On the field, I am a leader and use effective communication with my teammates. Off the field and in the classroom, I work really hard on each assignment I get and try my best to maintain good grades. With my time management, I am able to balance school, soccer, extracurriculars, and a social life. I hope to attend a college that will open up pathways for me in the future academically, and also allow me to continue my passion playing soccer.
