About Me

I’ve played soccer for almost 14 years now and I am so passionate passionate for this game. I have grown up playing soccer and it is something I refuse to live without. I grew up playing as a striker and then I moved to a different city in (Lawton)Oklahoma and when I arrived my coach (Coach Enrique) made me change into an outside midfielder/winger and that’s when I truly started finding out more about the game. I was able to assist and score goals because of my coach and he helped me understand the game so much more than I already did. The next year I was a 14 year old starting varsity for 5A Eisenhower High School. That same coach (Coach Enrique) was the high school coach and he moved me to Right Back. It was something I was completely unaware about and I had no say about and so he decided to play me at Right back because he knew I could play me wherever the team needed me. He also knew I’d perform well there because of my speed, knowledge, vision, and the right attitude to play.  Our record that season was 4-12 and we lost nearly game by 1 goal and our team had potential to be very good my freshman year but we had too many individuals who were selfish I finished the year with 2 assists and only one goal came from my side and it was due to me fouling in the box and giving up a penalty. Now onto sophomore year I thought I’d play a position I’d want to play but I was wrong. I played right back for a second year in a row and the teams record was 8-8. This was one of Eisenhower’s best finishes in a very long time and again this season we had bad attitudes which had a big impact on our performances. I had no goals come from my side this season and I finished this season with 7 goals and 7 assists from Right Back only. After this season I went on to play club soccer in Clinton,Oklahoma for Western Oklahoma FC. I live in Lawton,Oklahoma and I had to drive myself to and from practice which is 2 hours there and 2 hours back. I joined the team and won the Presidents cup after having 2 goals & 2 assists in 5 games. We then went to regionals in Round Rock, Texas in summer of 2019. We won,tied,and lost once out of 3 games. We did not move onto the semi finals at regionals but it was a great experience and I finished with 1 goal and 1 assist. Also in late August Western Oklahoma and I went to Nebraska for a tournament and we came in second place. I scored in every game playing as a left winger & a central midfielder. I finished with 6 goals and 1 assist in 5 games. Now to Junior year, I get to play central midfielder for the first time in high school after being right back the first two years of high school. We went on to play 5 games and I was a crucial player to Eisenhower High Schools soccer team. I finished as the leading goal scorer with 4 goals and 3 assists. My season was cut short due to the corona virus outbreak and I truly know that this was my season to prove myself as a player. I know my team and I would have made such a deep run in the playoffs because all of the teams not heads and bad attitudes were gone so everything was clicking for the team  and the fact that the season was canceled due to the outbreak is heartbreaking to me.
