Hi my name is Alexis Gurrola , I am currently 16 years old and a junior at Sunset High School and also a college student at Dallas Mountain View college. I have been playing soccer for a very long time, as a matter of fact it has practically been my whole life, I started when I was around 4/5 years old and ever since soccer has impacted my life so much and I grew such a big passion on it. Knowing that I have been playing for a very long time makes me want continue it after high school and with that, it leads to college ball! I am a center back as of right now and I plan to continue to stay center back as well. I can play center mid as well and left/right back but I think my all time favorite is center-back and i’ve played it the most so i’m most comfortable in it.
 Honestly as a kid I don’t think I ever thought about playing college soccer but as I got older I thought about it more and more and the passion just grew on and as of know I finally  know what I want and that’s to play college soccer. I have so much love for the sport  and hope to continue after high school.
