My name is Chase Soper and I am a Junior & 2020 grad at Hayfield High School in Alexandria, Va. I
am the starting QB and was the Gunston District Offensive Player of the Year as well as 1st

Per the Washington Post, I lead the region with 40 touchdowns for the season and 2367 passing
yards in only 8 of 11 games for the season. I played in only 8 games because I moved to Hayfield
Secondary at the beginning of the season andI had to beat out an incumbent Senior Quarterback
and learn a new Offense. I averaged over 100 yards per game rushing, with 860 yards in 8
games and averaged 7.4 yards per carry. Currently, I measure in at 6’1”, weigh 202 lbs and
verified by True AP testing service clock a 4.59 40 time. This fall Hayfield won the District
Championship going into the Playoffs with a 11-2 record not achieved at Hayfield Secondary
School since 1993 - 25 years.
I play my best game under pressure. For example, in the biggest game of our season, with 13
seconds left on the clock in the 4th quarter and the score tied, I dropped an in air 50yd dime to a
tightly double covered WR for a touchdown to win the game. I repeated performances like this
throughout the season.
I am equally dedicated to my Academic success and have achieved a 3.806 GPA in the AP
program at Hayfield Secondary School. I also achieved a 1220 on the SAT exam and will be
retaking the exam in August to improve the score.
