I love to be on the mat wrestling my heart out for 6 minutes straight, waking up early in the morning to cut weight, hearing kids make noises out of pain when I take them down, getting my hand raised and knowing I’m the best wrestler I can be. 

I also love being on the dirt making diving plays, throwing someone out when they think they got a hit, the sound of my cleats hitting the dirt. I love the sound the bat makes when I hit a double. I love putting on what people call “eye black”...I call it my war paint. 

I love wrestling and baseball and will bring a new level of hard work and do whatever it takes to make it to college and continue my love of sports. I want to better myself as a person with additional life goals taught in college. I want to prove to not only the people that didn’t believe me, but to shut down my own self doubts and prove I’m ready.

I've grown as a wrestler over my career by improving my record each year. I've earned "Most Improved Wrester", been selected Captain of Varsity since my Sophomore year, and placed 6th in Regionals. I have one of the fastest pins on the team and my overall record this past year was 23:13.
