Hi! My name is Clare Shea and I am an athlete from Menomonee Falls, WI.  My two favorite sports to play are soccer and basketball. 
I started playing soccer when I was 4 years old. My mom saw how much energy I had and wanted to get me into sports to burn off some of my energy. This is how I developed my love for soccer. The first club team I was on, I had a great coach that really pushed me to be the best I can be and install my competitive nature and soccer skills. I am very grateful for the time I had with her and that team.  Currently, I am on SC Wave 07 and we are the 3 time defending champions of the WI State Soccer Tournament and this spring my club team took 4th in the GA! I am the starting left wing on my club team and I also enjoying playing defense. I love working with my coaches and teammates, always pushing each other to get to the next level. 

During the soccer off season, I am a starting guard on my high school basketball team. I have won first team all conference for 2 years in a row for the Greater Metro Conferences, I was captain of the basketball team and I hold the all time scoring record at Menomonee Falls High school.  I love playing basketball because I love to compete and it helps with my soccer conditioning. For the class of 2025, I am ranked #7 for girls basketball in the state of Wisconsin. I am working hard in the off season to get stronger for the upcoming high school soccer season. 

Now that my sophomore year is completed, I was recognized by the WIAA coaches and made 1st team all conference in the Greater Metro Conference (Milwaukee Area). I was also recognized by the Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association (WSCA), making 2nd team ALL STATE and 1st team ALL REGIONAL. 
During my down time, I enjoy hanging with my family and friends. I volunteer for our local youth soccer and basketball camps during the summer.
