Basketball has been the love of my life since I was 6 years old. At the time I didnt know how much it would impact me. I started taking basketball seriously all I would do was practice. I brought a basketball every where I went, to church, to the store, on vacation it was a never ending cycle. My love grew deeper when I found out how great my family was. My grandmother and grandfather both won a championship in Mississippi. Then my mother was an amazing player she was the leading scorer. My father was an amazing running back he also played basketball and he was pretty good and he has some records at Gosnell High School that I want to break. I have a family full of athletes. They have been coaching me from a young age they have always been my biggest support system. I cant forget my sister she's my biggfan but all of these people have inspired me to push towards my dream and I know I'm going to make it big one day because I have what it takes. I made a big statement when I played for my High school team as a freshman I led my team to state. That dame year, I was awarded All-State, All-Conference, All-Region, and MVP. My sophomore year we did not make it to state but I did get play of the month twice and I also received All-Conference and MVP. This year I'm going for it all this is my season!
