What is baseball to Austin Hilpipre?
The game of baseball isn't a game at all to me. It has been a life long passion that I have put an extraordinary amount of effort into. Working through obstacles that were presented to me (biased coaching staff) and coming out with a starting role and a big part of leadership out on the field. I love keeping in constant contact with everyone on the field whether it's a pep talk after an error or when the pitcher is in the windup just to keep everybody awake. When competing my mind is in a whole other place and that feeling to me is the best feeling in this world. Knowing that I can compete with many other players makes me work hard but my work ethic makes me need to work harder to out perform everybody that I am around and then some. Overall, baseball is my top priority other than school and I eat, sleep, and breath the sport. Thank you for taking the time out of the day to read this.Baseball Career
