Growing up I was raised in a teamwork environment and that's what has drove me to participate in team oriented sports like football. Football has given me an opportunity to show my leadership through my actions and my voice. I want to continue to play football at the college next level because it has shown me how to be a better leader and how to take control of opportunities and persevere through hardships. I am drawn to the game of football because of the discipline, teamwork and self sacrifice it demands of the player. I know the game of football will provide experiences and relationships that will continue to shape and mold my life long after I am done playing.
