Hello, my name is Isaiah Newson, and I am a student-athlete currently attending Charlotte High School in Florida, Class of 2026. Academics are my first priority, and I take pride in maintaining a 3.92 GPA, which reflects my discipline, focus, and commitment to excellence both in the classroom and on the court.
As a 6’0” point guard, I am fast, powerful, and ready to compete. I bring leadership, court vision, and composure to the game. I value making smart decisions, setting the pace, and creating opportunities for my teammates while remaining a reliable scorer and defender. I approach every practice and game with intensity, preparation, and a strong work ethic, always looking for ways to improve my skills, conditioning, and basketball IQ.
Basketball has taught me responsibility, accountability, and the importance of teamwork. I strive to lead by example, communicate effectively, and stay mentally locked in during high-pressure moments. I respect the game and understand that consistent effort, coachability, and character are just as important as performance.
My goal is to continue developing as both a student and an athlete while preparing for the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level. I am seeking a program that values academics, strong leadership, and players who are committed to growth on and off the court.
