Growing up I started to swim and play water polo for the Chicago Park District. I learned to swim and play water polo at McGuane Park. I started playing water polo when I was 6 years old and haven't stopped playing ever since. I played in all the age group leagues which then lead me to play for the Chicago Park District water polo club. With the Chicago Park District, I was able to go to several tournaments and even travel to play at the Junior Olympics. I also have been on varsity swim and water polo since my freshman year of high school at John F Kennedy highschool.
