I started playing when i was about 4 years old and at first it was just a hobby I played in the summer, but then it turned into something that I wanted to do constantly. I joined a travel team and am always looking for more softball and more competition. I've always had a lot of heart for my team mates and the game itself.I always give it all I have because you never know when the last time you play will be. When I was about 13 I got diagnosed with a blood disease called ITP. I had to be really careful because I was very anemic. I'm very grateful to have been able to overcome that disease and continue to do what I love. I’ve also been pretty good in school and have always enjoyed learning new things.
