About Me
Delmonico “D” Granger-Moreno
I am currently a Redshirt Freshman catcher at Chandler-Gilbert Community College competing in the ACCAC conference. I am 5’10”, 180 pounds, and bat right/throw right. I will graduate in Spring 2026 with my AA degree in Exercise Science and currently carry a 3.8 GPA.
I have been playing competitive baseball since I was 7 years old and have competed in Perfect Game, USSSA, Triple Crown, All American Games, and the Little League World Series. Throughout my baseball career, I have earned awards including Silver Slugger, Golden Glove, and 3-time Direct Select Catcher honors.
At Carlsbad High School, I earned:
1st Team All-State Catcher
1st Team All-District Catcher
Team MVP
.405 Batting Average
2022 5A State Champion
2023 & 2024 All-District Academic Honors
I continue to compete in five-tool tournaments and have earned multiple MVP and Top Hitter recognitions.
Outside of baseball, I earned my second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, which helped build my discipline, leadership, and work ethic.
I am currently looking for a new home for Fall 2026 and am open to all opportunities. I still have one year of JUCO eligibility remaining. I am ready to work hard every day, be a great teammate, and help build a winning culture wherever I go.
