Starting volleyball in my fifth-grade summer I walked into a volleyball camp and playing felt so natural and freeing. Having parents who are so enthusiastic and driven in their life, set a prime example of the strong work ethic that I apply when I play volleyball. They taught me to have dreams and to commit to them to make them a reality. Through volleyball, I have learned what passion is, and how ambitious I can be when it comes to volleyball. Being able to be a part of a team where I can be pushed by my coach and my teammates has helped me become a better volleyball player every day.
During high school, I will strive to be even stronger in my academics and work to maintain my high GPA. In college I want to find a career that has just as much of a spark as volleyball. I am so passionate about volleyball and I am committed to working hard. As a volleyball player, I am a strong communicator and have always been a great cheerleader on my teams. Athletically, I bring a lot to the court with my abilities. Volleyball gives me so much joy and I am so excited to be on this journey.
