Everyone loves playing the game, but I say with confidence that I love just the game itself, playing it, being around it, living it more than anybody else. For me, playing baseball at the collegiate level has been nothing but a dream of mine from the first time I put on a glove. I got my first glance at what playing baseball at the next level would be like when I played Mustangs last summer. I absolutely loved the competitive nature, and the atmosphere through and through. Baseball not only mirrors life to me but it is life to me. It mirrors life in the way they both have the ups and downs and the very fair share of failures and the immense amount of grit and perseverance needed which I strangely love. It IS life to me in the way that it completes me, it's on my mind all hours of everyday and I can't get enough of the game itself. Playing baseball at the next level will be a dream come true.
