I was raised in oak cliff texas I lived with my mom who at the time was a drug addict she is blessed now and clean. I was raised by her and my grandmother my legal guardian I was living with both of them switching back and forth up until when I was 10yo I got sent to juvy. I got out after 6 months and my mom got CPS called on her and my sibling went to foster care, which they are now back with my mother because she is clean, I got sent to my grandmother around 5th grade. I played football 4th grade but never really took it seriously I played QB and LB. I didn’t start taking it serious until one the day my brother died in a shootout. He told me to get my mother out the hood and focus on sports and school and leave the past behind. In 5th grade I played QB again no defense and I was the starter up until week 6 I think. I broke my ankle when i fell on it after getting pushed out of bounds after a 15-20yd gain. That ended my season, but we ended winning the city championship anyway. 6th grade year i played middle linebacker I was #51 we also won the city championship and that was the year i started getting looked at by college scouts. 7th grade year i moved with my dad for a little while and during that time i met my travel team coach, coach ricky, he was the greatest coach i ever had. I played mostly middle linebacker and was the backup QB. Are middle school wasn’t good in football well at least are 7th grade team. 8th grade year was a difference I went to a lot of camps including Texas, TCU, Missouri, Texas state, and my favorite Ohio state, in 8th grade we won regional and went 8-2 overall. After the football season I moved back with my grandma in garland where I attended my old middle school sellers. I finished 8th grade there and went to Sachse my freshman year where I’m currently attending. I thank everything that has happened to me good or bad and thank god for giving me chance after chance and I’m just another person trying to chase there dream and change there family’s life.
