My name is Nicolas Lara I am a three-year starter, on my 2nd year starting at fort bend Christian. Jr year won 1st team all-district, honorable mention all-state, best newcomer in the district, and defensive MVP. This year most recently I was awarded with the built ford tough player of the week. Started tackle football when I was in 4th grade even at a young age, I always trying my absolute best to be the best player I could be. My experience throughout the years have allowed me to be captain, I take that roll very seriously by leading my team by example meaning always showing up on time and working hard. Another thing that being captain means to me is making sure the underclass gets the fundamentals right so they can become a better player themselves once I am gone. My favorite feeling is celebrating with my teammates after a big win that we worked hard for while giving God all the glory. When I am not playing, I enjoy playing pickleball, spike ball, ultimate frisbee, and guitar, as well I enjoy watching movies with my friends and family.
