I have loved and played soccer since I was 3. My dad was my coach for the first 7 years. I was ready for more of a challenge, so we made the switch to play club soccer. I've been playing with Kernow Storm FC since 2018. My club team plays in the ECNRL where I am one of the center defenders playing the stopper position. I also play for my high school team, the Waxahachie Lady Indians. My freshman year I was asked if I was willing to try out to play goalie. I agreed to give it a try, even though I had never played it before I ended up making the varsity team as their starting goalkeeper. I also earned an All-District Honorable Mention for that year as a goalie. My year in the goal allowed me to see the field from a different perspective than before and now gives me an advantage as a defender. I am now a backup keeper for my club team as well. In my sophomore year, I moved back to my normal position as one of the starting varsity center backs. In my free time, I enjoy drawing, painting, hanging out with my cats, and traveling with my family. I have been a licensed USSF referee since 2020. I enjoy refereeing as it also gives me another perspective on the game, and I can apply it to my field play. I am currently undecided about my college major but am passionate about my schooling, and plan to attend college and hope to continue my soccer career in college as well.
