About Me

When I graduate from high school I want to continue my education to further my knowledge of music, science, world language and soccer.  I want to continue in soccer in college.  Soccer is the sport I love.  I've been playing soccer since the third grade.  I started as a defender all the way to sixth grade. That's when I decided that I wanted to try being the goalie. I have loved being the keeper ever since.  I have worked really hard to self teach my keeper skills. By internet searches and by working with other goalies to exchange skills.
My family, coaches and teachers have been a big motivation for me and encourage me to continue playing.  Without them I don't think I would've made it as far as I have.  I have always been encouraged "to reach for the stars and beyond."  That is what I have been doing and continue to do to the best of my abilities.
Soccer is important to me for multiple reasons. It is something that truly love. It keeps me active and I want to be able to use my skills to get to the top, to one day play on the professional team.  I feel that playing through college will help me to achieve my goal.
For me soccer is about a team.  Working together to achieve greater things than just winning. Even that's important but being able to work together, not as a single person, a group, a team, to make the win is even a greater feeling.
