My Story, I grew up very poorly, I did not play sports, I was very unhealthy and my life was overall empty, I took on basketball in sixth grade, my first year was a good one, I won DPOY and loved playing what I did, I played basketball for years going on, I won DPOY three consecutive times before applying to Dickinson, the basketball program at Dickinson is poorly coached, it is a very biased program, if your not a coaches favorite, your not playing, I was a top five player on the team for two consecutive years, and coaches benched me both years, and was recently cut for my tenth grade year, I work the hardest out of everyone and show the most progress, I’ve had many accomplishments like missing no shots in practice, to getting a quintuple-double in a scrimmage, to showing sportsmanship unlike my teammates, I have never been given a chance to show my skills in basketball and I feel college might be the only chance I have left, that’s my story.
