I have been playing hockey since I was 5 years old.  I was interested in becoming a goalie at 7 years old.  My goals are to attend college with a hockey scholarship.  I will work hard to make it to the NHL.  I have been a certified referee for the southern state of Florida since I was 14 years old.  I got a second job when I turned 16.  I have 2 jobs, played on 2 teams, and attend high school in order to be successful.  My mom's hard work, dedication, has kept me playing hockey.  Being a single mom, on a teacher's salary,  having no child support, was never easy for her.  I can not; nor will I fail in my goals.
