My name is Ethan Wilson, and I am a high school senior in the Class of 2026. I am a punter whose biggest strength is consistency, confidence, and reliability under pressure.
I began kicking during my sophomore year. Early on, my playing time was limited because our team had two kickers, but I stayed patient, worked on my craft, and continued developing. I earned more opportunities during my junior year, and by my senior season I became the only kicker on the team, handling all punting, kickoffs, and field goals. That season helped me grow a lot as both a player and a leader.
My primary focus is punting. I take pride in my hang time, ball placement, and ability to flip field position. I am very coachable, hardworking, and always looking to improve my technique and football IQ.
My goal is to continue playing football at the collegiate level while earning a degree and competing in a program that values discipline, development, and accountability. I am looking for a college where I can grow as both a student-athlete and a person, contribute to a team, and be pushed to reach my full potential.
I want to play college football because I love the game, the structure, and the challenge. Football has taught me patience, resilience, and how to handle adversity, and I am motivated to bring that same mindset to a college program.
