I come from a village in Africa where the only thing we can do when we wake up is play soccer. I grew up playing and loving the sport. When we moved to the US I didn’t get many opportunities to play because of the language barrier, I never knew how to approach anyone. Until, someone approached me during recess in first grade and asked if I wanted to join them. His name was Yurem. We became best friends, my love for the game began to grow and I also started learning some English. Our family when moved to Appleton, Wisconsin in 2019. I started playing club soccer in Wisconsin after I moved to Oshkosh and up until now my loved and passion for the game is still growing.
