About Me
This year I averaged 10.4 points, 2 assists, 3.2 rebounds, and 1 steal a game in conference play. I started every game as a freshman and played 30+ minutes every night. I am a great shooter and had multiple games of making 4+ threes. I averaged 25 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds, and 5 steals a game last year; my senior year of high school, at Comsewogue High School in Port Jefferson Station, NY. That season I was the Player of the Year in Suffolk County League 3, was named an All-County player, and was named All-State Honorable mention. I was the best shooter on all of Long Island, both off the dribble and catch and shoot. I had the highest scoring game on Long Island last season when I had 49 points where I hit 11 threes in a big win against William Floyd, who were a top 10 team last year and who were county champs this year. Although shooting and scoring is one of my strong suits, I believe I am also a great defender. I am always one of the loudest players on the floor, I have quick hands, long arms, and a willingness to defend on every possession. This and last year, I defended each team's best guard. I am a quick and scrappy guard who is willing to put my body on the line for the best of the team. I also believe I am a great leader. Although a freshman this year, I was respected by my teammates due to my work ethic and was able to help bring the best out of everyone on the team; whether it was pushing players to get in the gym with me or getting my teammates focused on the right things and moving on to the next play. My most important trait is my work ethic. I never get sick of the gym and truly love the game of basketball. I truly believe if just given a chance, I can contribute to any team at any level in every way you need me to.
