About Me
My name is Jacob ( Jake ) Reed I am a 5'10 160 pound 17 year old Junior. I am from Blue Springs, Missouri , home of the Wildcats. I play just about any position on the field I am a very versatile player, but my main positions are RHP ,2nd or 3rd , and right field to narrow it down. I have always had a dream to play baseball at the college level. I consider myself a hard worker on and off the field and in the classroom. I desire to play baseball and further my education in college, I would like to play as a freshman but would consider red shirting as i am still growing phyically and mentality and want to maximize my potential for my best opportunites for success. I am a strong contact hitter, fielder, and pitcher. I am always working on my versatility, speed , velocity and strength in the off season. I am also in leadership in FCA and DECA which transition to the field as well. I am a well rounded athlete , I am the only student in my my class to have played , Football, Basketball, and Baseball as a freshman for our school. All though i still play competetive basketball , baseball is my PASSION !Thank you for taking time to look at me and what I have to offer, I hope to one day become a player for your University .
