Starting out my career as the smallest and youngest on my team was always the motivation to push myself to stay at the same level as my teammates. Having a late birthday has always allowed me to play with and against stronger and better players.
As a sophomore I will transferred to Taft high school In Chicago. There I will be able to test my abilities in one of the best conferences in the city.
My whole career I have been as supportive of others as I have been myself. I love being the spirit of my team. Being the person my teammates build rallies and comebacks around is what I aim to do. Heading into every game with the hunger to win is what I use my charisma to do, inspire the motivation and confidence in others.
For the past two summers I participated in a travel team and league called Windy City Baseball. This travel team will give me a chance to play against older and harder competition making me a better player for the future. In the upcoming years, I am hoping to improve as a student-athlete in the classroom and on the field. I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by coaches and players who push me to have the grades and skills necessary to go to an amazing college.
