I started by playing tee ball when I was younger. I ended up quitting and came back in 2019. As you can imagine I wasn’t very good. I had this one coach named Scott Smith. Later in the fall of 2019 I started playing for a rec team in Mt. Vernon. The coach had some catchers gear he let me borrow and that’s where my love for catching came from. He and Scott both helped become a better player. My mom and brother and father all played a big rule to. Always supporting me, throwing with me, and just the simple things. I’ve never played travel but I want to but with me joining so late I’ve struggled to find teams who’d take me. My 7th and 8th grade year I played in middle school under Mike Beaver who coach softball at Gahanna high school for many years. He helps me grow so much as a player. I now play for the high school team in varsity coached by James Sims and have came such a long way due to ALL of my coaches I’ve ever had threw out my team playing softball.
