About Me
Hi, my name is Kevin Abstance. I am an Honors and AP student at South Aiken High. I have an innate desire to get better and a strong work ethic. I believe in the mentality of first one in, last one out, no matter if it is in the weight room, on the field, or in the classroom. In my freshman year, I weighed 333lbs and then I dropped down to 280lbs by the start of my sophomore year. In the off-season between football, wrestling, and track, I train rigorously with Trenchwork Performance, LLC.
