Hello!
I am Sami Jo Lawrence and I'm an honor student from Castle High School in Newburgh, Indiana, class of 2023. I am interested in playing golf in college, and majoring in Pre-Veterinarian Sciences or Biology.

I am new to golf. I played volleyball for most of my youth, and due to an injury had to stop that sport. I have played golf for far less than two years but feel like I am on a really good path. Please do not stop reading just yet! Sami Article 4.0 GPA Honor’s track Varsity lettered in golf as the alternate. 4.0 GPA honor’s track Third man on high school team All-Conference-Team SIAC        Course 5934 yards.  ·         His cell number is 812-459-8927   This will be my first offseason that I won’t have reconstructive foot surgery. My foot feels great! During this season, I am improving with all my clubs and my short game, improving upon my strength and endurance with my trainer.  I am now able to enroll in golf tournaments through Indiana Junior Golf Association, Golf Week Junior, and Hurricane Junior Golf.   When I am not playing golf, my passion is animals. My academic goal is to study to become a veterinarian. I have volunteered at our local veterinarian center (East Pines Animal Clinic) for the last three years. My preference is to work in the surgery center alongside the two surgeons Dr. Mauck and Dr. Burns.  This past summer I successfully completed an internship with this center and had a wonderful experience in animal surgery and small animal medicine. I also love to read, collect books, play my guitar and ukulele, train animals, and work with my mom who has Multiple Sclerosis.   This is just a little bit about me. I do hope to hear from you in the near future!  I have uploaded videos of my swing, and while a little unusual, I even uploaded a video highlighting my weight training. I am so passionate about getting stronger off the course as well as on! I hope you enjoy them, and they help you to see my potential. Having only played golf for less than 2 years, I am working really hard on catching up with my peers who have played for over a decade.
