Hi I'm Timothy Jones and this is my story . 

For a long time now I've worked for everything I've achieved there's never been a time where I've just been given stuff that's not how it works with me , everything has either been worked for , prayed for or waited for never has anything just been given , when I was younger It seemed like we had a perfect type of family mom dad 3 kids big house it was great but as life moved on and things changed I had to be a man at a very young age and it all tied in with me becoming a great basketball player , with my dad not being in our house with us anymore I had to try to plan things out so that maybe this time I can go in the garage and dribble and this time I can go outside and just shoot up the ball and it would be so cold that you'd think I was crazy out there in that cold just trying to make it , because all of my friends had aau and rec and this was my aau this was my recreation and parks and I never took it for granted and things got kinda worse my mom struggled with Breast cancer and my father along with a prosthetic leg in place struggled with things of his own that I don't want to say right this second but it seemed like there could just possibly me No hope for me through this  , so through all of that one one summer I had no time for the gym and not much for basketball so I kinda gave it up and that upcoming school year I went out for the team and was selected to try out for varsity but I wouldn't make either jv or varsity and I lost a lot of hope felt like it was over and then I threw that to the side and I got back in the gym and I worked my tale off and the next year I would actually start my jv team a big shocker to everyone and now ive been told that I can definitly play at the college level but if it wasn't for all I had been through I dont think I would've made it this far because now I'm looking to excell and push that drive more and more so I can finish out high school strong and play college basketball for me and my family , philippians 4:13
