About Me

I’m Victor Bullard II- class of 2024. I attend Harrisonburg high school, Harrisonburg VA, 22801. I’m an academic student athlete who excels both in the classroom and on the football field. My gpa is a 4.21 and I’m a member of the National Honors Society. I’m gifted in math, arts and currently enrolled in Blue Ridge Scholars program. This program will allow me to receive associate degree upon high school graduation. 

Positions- starting RB/DB/athlete  with excellent hands. In addition to football I play basketball, baseball and run track. My goal is to play football at the next level and graduate with honors. As a student athlete, I love the opportunity to be the best I can be in the classroom and on the field. My energy and effort is unmatched. 

I strongly feel when you have a dream you’ve got to grab it and never let it go. Since the age of six, football has been a part of my life. From my 1st MVP with Offense - Defense camps organization at the age of 6 to now; I eat, breathe and live football. With this said I know I would not be in the position I’m in without the support of my family. My mom (Principal) and dad (Army Officer) instilled  a strong work ethic not only on the field but in the classroom. I fully understand the demands on a student athlete. I expect the demands to significantly increase when I transition to the next level. I look forward to the challenge and I welcome it with all humility and respect. The college that I attend will be getting the best version of a champion.

This is how I see myself. I’m a Champion and a role model for all to emulate on the field and in the classroom. 
In closing, my Dad shared a quote from Jeff Capel (Pitt Head Basketball Coach)- “You must fall in love with the process of being great.”  For me, I love the process and the journey.
