My entire life I’ve been a soccer player. I started when I was 3 years old and continued to play year round as a captain center back for my club team until my freshman year of high school, where I made a decision that changed my life: I decided to switch to football. I had never played a snap in my life, whether it be flag or tackle, outside of throwing the ball in the backyard, but I’ve been a diehard Jets fan since I was 5 and I always wanted to play. I worked hard the entire summer going into my freshman year, trying to add some mass to my 5’10 110 lbs frame, and eventually made enough of an impression to start the first game of my freshmen year. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with the sport and the process, willing to do whatever it takes to learn as much as I can as efficiently as possible. And now, after growing so much both mentally and physically, I’m ready to keep learning and to pursue my passions of playing the sport that I love at the next level. I’ve always been loyal and committed to everything I do both on and off the field, and I’m willing to do anything and everything it takes to get me to where I need to be.
