About Me
I was born in Little Rock, Arkansas but when I was a baby my family move back to Mexico where I grew up and lived until I was 14. When I was 14 years old, I immigrated with my sister to America but I ended going back to my parents in Mexico. Two years later, at 16 I decided to come back again and finish high school here.
Despite language and cultural barriers, soccer has been my comfort zone and it has helped me to adapt to my new life through discipline, friendships, and passion. I have been playing soccer since I can remember and I cannot imagine my life without being involved in this sport.
My family’s and my own immigrant stories have taught me to stick to my dreams despite any adversity because my values and the support of people I love is one of my biggest strengths.
