I have been playing football since I was 11 when I began playing middle school football where I was a starter at offensive tackle for 2 years (7th & 8th grades). This past season on my Freshman A Team I was moved inside to left guard and I started every game and was able to use my football IQ more in helping to make line calls and to better help the rest of the linemen know what their supposed to do on every play. During Spring Ball this past semester I was moved back outside to right tackle where I can use my height, size ,and length better. The transition has gone well! I am willing to put in the work to get better and that showed as I was one of the only middle schoolers to make every summer workout practice with Tyler High School. I am willing and have a desire to learn new techniques and style of play in regard to my offensive line play. I respect my coaches and their directions. I am humble and coachable. I am a technician in my O-line play, and I beat my opponents with my relentless effort. Along with football I also compete on the Powerlifting team working on building my strength, power, and explosion, and I throw discus and shot put on the track and field team. I want to go to college, so that I can get an education, so I can improve my chances of success in the future. I would like to get my PharmD degree and become a Doctor of Pharmacy. I am an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I plan on serving a two-year mission after graduating high school and before I begin my college career. Church is an important aspect of my life, and I put God and family first! I look forward to speaking with and learning about every program that is interested in my athletic services.
