I’ve been playin football sense I was in 7th grade at the time I wanted to play receiver the coaches didn’t believe I had the skill to do it so I played DE. Although I wasn’t playing the position I wanted toI fell in love with the game all the same sense the first time I touched the field. But what I didn’t realize was how much I truly loved the sport. I was playing for union grove middle at the time, and we had went undefeated all of 7th grade but then we lost the championship to locust grove middle and it wasn’t  even a close game. We were determined to come back better than ever; then we got the privilege to play them in our regular season games 8th grade year, now by this year I had been workin in the off season to better by skills get faster stronger but the coaches still didn’t believe I had what it took to play receiver. I ended up playing DE once again. I wasn’t mad I liked playing the position but I still wanted to be a receiver. we didn’t get to play locust grove in our regular season in 7th grade, so I was glad we got to play them in our regular season this German to see how much we had improved. and if I had to say it was probably the funnest game I’ve played out of my whole middle school career. Nobody had left either team but people had joined both, during the second quarter, I had just laid someone out and caused a fumble, and as my teammate picked up the ball I knew that this was the game I wanted to go pro in. So ever sense then I’ve been grinding and putting in work to be the best I can be. I still haven’t given up on my dream to be a Receiver only it’s changed a little i think that I’d be better suited to play TE but even my highschool coach doesn’t believe I have what it take to play that position, now I’m determined more than ever to prove them all wrong, and I refuse to let that feeling and that dream die I’ll keep grinding to better my skills and get better at what I do till one day I’ll be playing both sides of the ball.
