My name is Arielle Holmes, from Lakewood, Washington. I currently play Varsity for Lakes High School and travel ball for Flash Fastpitch under the coaching of Josh Whaley and Alicia Payne. Ever since I was six years old at Washington Huskies softball games I knew I wanted to play ball at the collegiate level. I consider myself a quick player with a vast knowledge of the game, always yearning to learn more.
  For three years in a row, I started on Varsity at shortstop at Lakes High School. This last year, as a Junior I led the team as a Captain, made Honorable Mention All League Infielder and won the Coaches Award. This year will be my third year as captain for my high school and first year captain on my travel team. I play middle infield for Flash.
  As a student, I am a very independent learner, which is why I am currently enrolled in the Running Start Program at Pierce College, through Lakes High School, as a Senior and I will be graduating in 2017. I currently have a 3.0 GPA, a 1000 on my SAT and I plan to take the ACT in the upcoming months. I am very adamant about majoring in business management when I transfer to a four year after retaining my associates degree while graduating high school at the same time.
  I live by the mission statement, to serve as a leader, live a balanced life while having fun and learning from my mistakes.
