My name is Keona Douglas Lanjo Lalimo-Armstrong. My father is from the Marshall Islands and my momma is from Maui. I was born in Ontario, California where I then moved to Oregon, then Alabama, then back to Murrieta California in 7th grade. I’ve been playing Football for 8 years and Rugby for 5 years I’ve never been the biggest the strongest or the fastest but I’ve always have had the biggest heart, best mentality, and instinct to the ball. I fear no one but the man Above all, I never back down from competition and always lead by example. My father always said to me be a Leader not a Follower and that is something I try to do daily. I push the people beside me to be the best version of themselves and to never quit.
