About Me
My name is Debron Gatling and I’m a rising freshman at Milton High School in Milton, GA. Football is my life. I started playing football at the age of 5 and never looked back since. I’ve encountered a lot of trials and tribulations in my life at a very young age. My father passed away when I was 9 months and I raised by my 23 old mother. My mother was incarcerated when I was 3 yrs old to 10 yrs in federal prison. I was then raised by my grandparents until my mom came home. I used football as an outlet to channel my feelings and emotions into something positive. My mother came home in 2016 and she’s my number one fan. My mom’s absence from my life made me work harder to accomplish my goals. At this point in my life my main focus is school and football. I’m working to be one of the top wide receivers to come out of Georgia. I have a daily training schedule and I work on my craft almost everyday. I want to attend one of dream colleges and make it to the NFL. I know it’s going to take hard work and dedication but I’m ready for the challenge.
