Hi my name is Shi’Miria Phillips aka Chocolate and I’ve been playing volleyball for 4 years. Volleyball is like a life changer for me if it wasn’t for volleyball I honestly don’t know what I’ll be doing in life right now. I have people routing for me especially my mom and 3 brothers to work hard and achieve my goal which is playing college volleyball. It’s like I sleep, eat, and dream volleyball because I don’t like going a day without playing or talking about it. A little about my family my mom had 4 kids I’m the 3rd child but sadly the only girl. At the moment it’s just my mom, my little brother, and I living in the house so I try to help around because my mom lost her eyesight due to her being very sick. I try my best to my mom happy and smiling so that she knows I’m always here for her. I just want to make a big change in my life to show my family how important volleyball actually is to me and to see the biggest smile on my moms face.
