Started playing soccer when I was 3 for Carolina Elite Soccer Academy in Greenville, South Carolina, but I didn't really discover the goalkeeper position until I was 10. I have always been taller than everyone else my age so Goalkeeper was a natural fit. I've been told by many coaches that I have unique characteristics: my ability to read the game as we're playing, I'm very vocal when guiding my team during play, I can punt really far, I'm good with my feet (not just my hands), and I am not be afraid of defend my box. 

I'm a military kid and our first relocation was to Missouri in 2020 (at age 12) where I started playing with Sporting Springfield (affiliate club of Sporting Kansas City). I was starting Goalkeeper for their top Under 13 team but I also played the field for one of the U14 teams as well. By the end of my first season with Sporting Springfield, I was filling in as Goalkeeper for our U16 and U14 teams. I still play for these same teams currently.

In May 2021, I was invited to train with the U13 Sporting KC Youth Academy team over the summer. To this day, I remain in contact with the SKC Academy Goalkeeper Coaches, attend their camps, and follow their Individual Development Plan created for me.

I'm always looking to improve my skills, play at the next level and learn as much as I can about the sport. I'm set to finish my USSF Grassroots Referee certification on March 5, 2022.
