Playing soccer was a surprise for me when I was younger because I never thought I would want to play it until I stepped foot on the field with a ball it was new yes but I did enjoy every moment of it and while playing I have always wanted to be at my best ability's as much as I can. Even though I am not able to play club soccer due to financial and time constraints I never gave up on wanting to play at a higher and more experienced level. Playing recreational soccer was a great way for me to practice on improving my skills, and I worked hard to get better at the sport I love and enjoy.

When I tried out for our JV team at Gilbert High School, I was nervous especially since there were a lot of other girls who were more experienced than me with more of a background as well but when I found out I made the team I was so thrilled so I took this big opportunity to be able to play with more skilled players and to be able to learn from them. As I had moved on to the Varsity team I knew I would probably need to work a lot harder to be able to stand out more. The varsity team was such a thrilling exciting moment for me and I was so proud of myself for how far I have come. 

Now, as I continue improving my skills, I am looking forward to working with even more skilled players and coaches aswell as learning everything I can to become the best of my abilities as a player.
