My name is Pearl Bhatnagar and I am a Senior in California High School, San Ramon.

My academic interests lie within the field of Molecular, cellular, and Developmental Biology.

Softball has been an integral part of my life since Elementary School.
Softball gives me something to look forward to every day after my classes at school. I'm a consistent Scholar-Athlete at my School since I was a freshman. So playing Softball majorly motivates me. I play for my school in the Varsity team and in Private leagues inter-city, and inter-state.

I have played multiple positions
 including second base, shortstop, third base in addition to pitching and batting. I'm a hard worker and continue pushing my limits to play well and be a team player. I always listen to my coach, discuss game strategy with the coach and make sure to apply it as the team maneuvers through the game. 

I've been a junior coach
, where I trained junior softball players on pitching, batting techniques and game strategies. I assisted coaches in making team rosters and scorebooks. I enjoyed doing that and learned in the process.

Since COVID restrictions were put in place in 2020, our games were canceled in last few months but I did practicing throughout these months with my family. So I'm prepared for the time the season opens up. I hope to continue my softball journey in college and even post college.

Additionally, Swimming and Photography are few of my other hobbies
. I'm a 
Swim Instructor
 at my City's Community Pool. Within Photography, I've been getting 
Photography Awards
 within my community for my photo captures and have been learning throughout my journey about capturing interesting shots, indoor and outdoor.
