My Story
I have lived my whole life in Chardon, Ohio.  Chardon is a very small rural community in N.E. Ohio.  We are just like all of the big Texas "Friday Night Lights", it is a community thing.  Football started out being a part of my life in flag football in first grade.  That lasted two years, then it was time to move up to "big boy" football.  I started playing youth football in third grade.  Here we run a basic wing t at that age. We follow all of the high school traditions and playing styles. I feel in love with the game and couldn't wait to get to practice and games.  By the time I was in fourth grade I realized I loved running the ball. I also figured out that I liked to play cornerback.  Being a sophomore now and starting at corner and getting carries on offense, I am gaining more experience each game.  In our school it is rare to see a sophomore playing varsity, and I pride myself in this accomplishment with lots of off-season work.  I also, take great pride in getting it done in school. Currently, half of my classes are Honors classes.  Keeping my GPA up is very important to me, I have set high goals for myself on the field and in the classroom.  Being disciplined in the class has helped on the field as well.  I have been nominated for player of the week in the Cleveland area this season as well as a "Sophomore Sensation" by the News Herald. We are making a run at defending our State Title from last year.  This off season I will be honing my skills and getting bigger and stronger.  I will continue to work towards my goals and make them reality!
